DayGroove began as an idea three local women longed for: a daytime gathering close to home where we could move our bodies freely, shake off heavy energy, and feel uplifted in the company of other women. A space that fits into real life. No late nights, no hangover, no pressure. Just connection, movement and the natural boost that comes from being together. This two-hour event is all about playful energy, good music, and feeling at home in your body and in community. A playlist crafted to call you onto the dance floor, ground you, and lift your spirit. The kind of movement that leaves you lighter, clearer, and more connected with yourself and with others.
