Service Description
You and your child are invited to this special nurturing and nourishing connection circle! This will involve a range of mindfulness and calming meditation based practices where you can luxuriate in the relaxation while learning new ways to support your wellbeing. Participants will be guided through a yoga nidra style meditation, equipped with eye pillows & a very cosy set up. Then we will enjoy a gratitude circle followed by a connection ritual. Next we will create our sacred positive affirmation card to take home with us; all while enjoying the benefits of supportive essential oil products to deepen the relaxation and rejuvenation.
