B&B Holiday Session- A World of Wonder

Service Description

A World of Wonder Exploring wonder, gratitude & creative expression Join us for a few joyful hours to slow down, notice, create, move, imagine and connect. In this creativity-filled Balance & Bloom Holiday Experience, children will explore the things they love, the beauty around them and the everyday moments that make them feel grateful and full of wonder. Our main creative experience will be designing and decorating a beautiful Wonder & Gratitude Journal, alongside creating a special piece of Gratitude Art to frame and keep or gift to someone they love. Children will be invited to explore watercolour, pressed flowers, gold leaf, drawing, collage, stickers, glitter and other creative materials, with plenty of freedom to make their creations their own. We'll begin with a warm welcome circle, music and a playful gratitude & wonder practice, with opportunities to notice, share and wonder together. Children will also enjoy (child friendly) calming meditation, movement, stories, thoughtfully designed creative and sensory provocation stations (activities set up to explore), nature-inspired exploration, imaginative play and plenty of time to follow their own interests. Children are welcome to move between activities at their own pace, with no pressure to complete a particular project or create in a particular way. This experience nurtures gratitude, curiosity, creative confidence, emotional wellbeing and an appreciation for the beauty in everyday life. 📍 216 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Ōrewa 🕒 10am–2pm 👧 Designed for 3–13 years (+ adults of all ages!) Parent Options: Children 5+ may attend as a drop-off experience, or parents/caregivers are warmly welcome to stay nearby and observe. Families may also choose an optional Create Together Add-On to join in the creative experience alongside their child and take home another set of creations to enjoy together at home forevermore! For tamariki under 5, a caregiver is asked to remain onsite to support their experience. More information and photos are included in the images below.
