Service Description

You will be guided through the creation process of using watercolours and fine liners to produce a beautiful piece of circle art. This process is also infused with the magic of your chosen intention to inspire you every time you see your art! We will learn painting and drawing techniques while enjoying a fun, relaxing, mindful experience together. On top of this we will chat about the power of positive affirmations, and learn to create our very own, to support us in navigating the highs and lows of life. We intend to help children, and their parents, develop their kete of strategies for managing big emotions and self-regulating during times of stress and worry. Empowering children to develop their emotional intelligence and supporting them, and their parents, is what we are deeply passionate about at Holistic Humanity!
